In recent years, digital and quantum transformations have been disrupting various industries and changing the way we live, work and communicate. As the pace of technological progress continues to accelerate, organizations must be able to adapt to these transformations and effectively manage change in order to remain competitive and relevant. The integration of digital and quantum technologies has the potential to bring about unprecedented innovation and growth, but it also presents new challenges and risks that must be effectively managed. The success of digital and quantum transformations relies heavily on the adoption of effective change management strategies, which can help organizations to overcome the challenges associated with adopting new technologies and processes. The aim of this Special Issue is to bring together leading experts and researchers to share their insights and experiences on digital and quantum transformation and change management. The articles in this Issue will explore the latest trends and developments in these fields, providing practical guidance for organizations seeking to integrate digital and quantum technologies in a way that can maximize benefits and minimize risks. We believe that this Special Issue will be of great interest to a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders, technology experts, policymakers, and academics. Whether you are just starting to explore digital and quantum technologies or are already deeply involved in their implementation, this Issue is an essential resource for anyone looking to stay at the forefront of these transformative fields. We hope that the articles in this Special Issue will inspire and inform, and that they help organizations successfully navigate the digital and quantum transformations that lie ahead.
