The section ‘Leadership’ publishes in all areas of leadership, from its concept to implementation and recognition. While leadership can be at the individual level, it is important to set the basis on human capital and its potential to find leaders that inspire and guide among them. Therefore, this section also publishes in management or structures for governance. Case studies and emphasis on gender, seniority, or other social, political, or cultural aspects of leadership are welcome.
