Literacy and Positive Mental Health is a project that aims to highlight and raise awareness of the salutogenic aspect of mental health insofar as everyone plays an active role in promoting self-mental health, hence the concept of Positive Mental Health Literacy.
Health literacy is a central concept in empowering people in health promotion and disease prevention.
In addition, positive mental health is a fundamental dimension of peoples’ health and well-being, contributing to increased mental health awareness and resilience to overcome adversities.
This meeting aimed to disseminate the state of the art and present valuable research projects and positive outcomes.
