Error in Table

In the original publication, there was a layout mistake in Table 2 as published. The line heights of the rows for u2 1961–1990 are wider than the others. The corrected Table 2 appears below.
The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
