Error in Figure

In the original publication [1], there were mistakes in Figures 5, 7 and 8 as published. The corrected Figure 5, Figure 7, and Figure 8 appear below. The authors state that the scientific conclusions are unaffected. This correction was approved by the Academic Editor. The original publication has also been updated.
  • Figure 5—Incidence of gross turnover class (values in %) is not the correct one because you placed twice the Figure 6 instead of the Figure 5. Please replace it with the correct figure in the excel file here enclosed.
